El caballo cobarde
Un rey deseaba ser dueño del mejor de los caballos que existiese en el mundo y se dijo que no pararía hasta encontrarlo. Por eso, cuando descubrió en una granja un potro de pelo color ceniza con la crin y la cola doradas, supo que ése era su mejor caballo y no le importó tener que pagar cien monedas de plata por él. Sin embargo, en la batalla, el animal no se comportó como el rey esperaba…
Una hermosa parábola sobre la ambición y también el azar.

A king wanted to be the owner of the best horse in the whole world, and he swore that he would not stop until he had found it.
So when, on a farm, he found a grey foal with a golden mane and tail, he knew that this was his horse and he didn’t mind paying a hundred pieces of silver for him.
