This is the biography of an (un) finished novel that the author was only able to finish thanks to the 145 proposals for an ending sent to him by readers.
The author verbalises the pleasure of writing and explains how his characters come to him, but he also relives meetings, negotiations and other episodes of the world of culture, which show the most prosaic side of literary practice.
