Infoxicación is a philosophical analysis of the current technological moment, a concept through which to question the consequences of information overload.

In this brief essay, philosopher Margot Rot invites us to reflect on the link between the emotions we experience through screens and the creation of our identities. What are emotions if not the multifaceted expression of what we want, or what we don’t want? What is desire if not the force that drives identity? Virtuality has altered how we perceive time and space and, subsequently, how we perceive reality.
